Coastline Services was founded in 1998 as the services arm to Cornwall-based housing association, Kerrier Homes Trust Ltd. A company shuffle in 2005 saw Coastline Services becoming a limited company in its own right and offering its established services out to the business community.
Our social housing roots have shaped the company into one which holds customer service, health and safety, equality and diversity, and staff development at its core; something that will shine through into all areas of your experience with us and remains a key factor in establishing our solid partnerships with clients.
We are proud to have some of the most comprehensive monitoring and assessment procedures of any maintenance company, and can therefore accurately quantify our quality, safety and customer service record - rarely out of the UK top quartile.
Our ethos of continual improvement means we are a company who embraces change for the better and invest heavily in staff training and development. As a consequence, we have a strong, multi-skilled workforce which has maintained a 78% first time fix on all call outs, almost 100% customer satisfaction record and a healthy, loyal client base.
