In addition to investing heavily in our staff team, and their training and development, we are constantly striving to improve our systems and services.
All our operatives are issued with a mobile working 'smart' device, on which they are able to view their appointments, take photographs to send back to the office for inspection and more. The mobile devices also allow for stock control of the vehicles, meaning we can continue to ensure that our fleet is stocked with enough equipment to fix nine out of ten repairs on the first visit.
This technology also feeds into our corporate performance management software, allowing us to generate a host of key performance indicators across days, weeks, months and years. This is continually monitored and managed by our own management teams, and shared with clients as per their requirements.
